Have you heard of the short-story vending machine? This New Yorker article shows the machine, developed by Short Edition, and the stories it dispenses. Choose by how long you want to spend reading and out comes something for your bus ride home. Even though there are far less healthy things to come out of vending machines, we still like reading off of multiple pages.
